I guess I could widen Columbia's Stadium Boulevard and the neighborhood streets approaching Stadium out near the Maul. Here's another option. We could leave Stadium Blvd as is and spend the money to buy each one of the (likely not unique) 33,150 drivers on that road segment a $594 bicycle. (Okay, so maybe its not feasible that these tens of thousands of daily commuters and shoppers would be interested in bicycling.)
How far would $19.7 million go in terms of advancing quality, coordinated regional transit service? A fur piece, I would say.
